You can select your balloon tour to book online or WhatsApp us from +90-552-862-24-48 to make your reservation. We highly recommend you to make your reservation before arriving to Pamukkale. The balloon flights are limited in Pamukkale by Turkish Civil Aviation and its better to book in advance.
We do not charge any pre-payments. If you decide to cancel your flight, you can do so without any cancelation fee until the day before the flight.
If the flight cancelled because of bad weather conditions, you will be fully refunded.
Yes, we will pick you from your hotel if you are staying in Pamukkale or Karahayit. If you are staying in Denizli or arriving to Çardak Airport, please get in contact with us and we can arrange your transfer.
We are scheduling our flights just before the sunrise. You will fly within the first balloon sortie of the day that is the one you see the very first rays of the sun while floating up on the air.
Passengers with any age can fly in a hot air balloon in Pamukkale. Children under 16 years old needs to be accompanied by their parents.
Hot air ballooning is an extremely safe activity. All the rides are fully insured and the operations are happening under international standards.

There are two morning flights allowed by Turkish Civil Aviation in Pamukkale. The first flight just takes off before sunrise and the second flight takes of after sunrise. We are flying our passengers in the first sortie of the day which is happening before the sunrise.
You can join our private balloon rides. Our balloons and baskets are coming in several sizes. We will use the sizes or combination of sizes that suits the number of people you are.
It’s best to wear something warm as it may be cold in the first hours of the day. It’s recommended to bring sturdy shoes, beanies, warm clothes.
There are 30 different launc and landing sites around Pamukkale. Depending on the wind speed and direction, take off and landing spots are changing everyday. Today’s take-off site might be tomorrows landing site or we might not go back to that site for another week.

Flight duration is about an hour on our Standard, Comfort and Private Flights. The whole experience from pick-up to drop-back takes between 2,5 to 3 hours.

Ground staff are the employees who prepare the balloon and chase the balloon with radio contact throughout your flight. They meet you when you land and prepare your champagne celebration, hand over balloon ride certificates and drop you back to your hotel.
